Lineox Enterprise Linux is built from modified Red Hat Enterprise Linux sources. The Finnish company Lineox offered customers an enterprise level Linux operating system without bundled support options. The Always Current Lineox Enterprise Linux made updates and errata available to customers. Lineox Enterprise Linux was first released January 29, 2004. Lineox announced it's end of life on January 31, 2008. Lineox Enterprise Linux 2.1 support ended April 29, 2008. Lineox Enterprise Linux 3 was supported until March 18, 2009 and Lineox Enterprise Linux 4 was supported until August 12, 2009.
