IDMS-Linux is a specialized Linux distribution focused on stability, security and long term support. The distribution targets more installations on servers and experienced administrators, providing an advanced, stable platform for services and development. The initial Freshmeat announcement was for version 2.0.25, dated June 22, 2002. Version 4.0.0 was released February 27, 2008. Development version 4.1.0 was expected to be released in early 2009.
