SAMity is a desktop distribution originally based on Mandriva Linux and PCLinuxOS. It uses the XFCE desktop. SAM joined the list at TestRelease 1.0, released September 28, 2004. SAM2009 was released August 10, 2009. SAMity Linux 2010 was released October 30, 2010. SAMity School Edition was released November 1, 2010.
