openmamba GNU/Linux is a distribution for personal computers (Intel i686-compatible) that can be used on notebooks, desktops and servers. It comes with a plenty of software programs for office, multimedia, internet, games and much more. Created and maintained by mambaSoft, openmamba is now supported by a community of developers and Open Source software fans. openmamba is free software, with roots in the discontinued QiLinux project. It uses APT for RPM and Synaptic as its package management tools. openmamba was added to the list August 25, 2008, at version 1.0. openmamba milestone3 was released October 25, 2015.
